Shop Assistants

Accountable to the Store Manager for efficient food preparation, outstanding customer service, store presentation and general cleanliness

Possible Responsibilities:

1. Prepare food for presentation to customers

2. Serve customers in a positive friendly manner

3. Up hold wokinabox values and standards at all times

4. Undertake cleaning duties

5. Open and close the store as required

6. Balance cash at the end of the shift/day as required

Personal Attributes:

Outgoing personality, positive nature, outstanding customer service skills together with excellent personal presentation

Chefs 

Accountable to the store's franchisee for food preparation, food hygiene and safety, quality of presentation and general cleanliness

Possible Responsibilities:

1. Prepare food according to order patterns

2. Cook various dishes according to orders

3. Up hold wokinabox values and standards at all times

4. Undertake cleaning activities to ensure hygiene and safety of the highest standard

Qualifications:

Desirable - Experience in Asian cuisine

Store Managers

Accountable to the store's franchisee for the efficient and effective operations of store

Possible Responsibilities:

1. Hands on management of your wokking great team

2. Motivating your wok stars

3. Up hold wokinabox values and standards at all times

4. Knowledge of stock control, ordering, hygiene, safety

5. Experience in food and beverage

6. An appreciation for product quality

7. Creating and increasing sales in order to meet targets

8. Ability to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction

9. Good administration skills

Qualifications:

Desirable - Experience in a supervisory/managerial role
